We use Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For service for all our UK orders** and most non-UK orders up to 2kg weight capacity.
Most non-UK orders over 2kg are sent by UPS*

The Royal Mail service aims to deliver next working day (Express 24hr service) and within 2-3 working days (Standard 48hr service) and provides the following:

– Online proof of signature on delivery

– Email notification

The maximum weight capacity per box is 20kg, therefore if your order is more than 20kg then your order will be sent in multiple boxes.

* International deliveries are sent by various reliable couriers depending on weight and destination. Usually we use UPS

Delivery tracking details will be e-mailed to you once an order has been made.

Dispatch lead time
Normally the items listed on our website are in stock. We aim to ship all stock item orders placed by 2:00 pm Monday to Friday the same day. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. However, if this is not possible due to reasons beyond our control we will aim to despatch the following day and you will be notified about this by e-mail.

In the event that an ordered item is out of stock we will notify you of this by email and give you an estimated delivery time for the item. If the new delivery date does not meet your expectations then you are free to change or cancel your order.

For none stock items you will be advised of delivery dispatch lead time by e-mail.

Last order time for Express 24 delivery service
Orders selected for next day delivery have to be placed before 2pm to be dispatched the same day. However, if an order comes through after 2pm we will try our best to get it out but there is no guarantee that this is possible. Choosing next day delivery on a Friday, after the required deadline, means that it is likely your items will be sent out on the following Monday and you will receive your item(s) on Tuesday at the latest. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Delivery Charges
All carriage is automatically calculated and charged at a rate depending on where you are located and what type of packaging required, and you see all totals before committing to buy.

International Deliveries
FROM 1st JULY 2021 WE HAVE REGRETABLY TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED TAKING ORDERS FROM EU COUNTRIES.
We are still delivering to all other none EU countries.

This is due to the over complication of the new VAT rules being imposed by the EU and the lack of clarity from UK HMRC & the EU as to how Northern Irish small businesses can trade under the “Northern Ireland Protocol” . As we are based in Northern Ireland, although we are located within the United Kingdom, since Brexit, Northern Ireland remains within the EU trade zone as part of the “Northern Ireland Protocol”. Therefore, we are subject to a few different trade rules compared to UK businesses based in mainland UK. Currently, these rules are adapting following Brexit, so as a company we are trying to adhere to the latest changes to these rules as and when they happen. Currently we feel that it is uneconomical and too time consuming to try and process orders for delivery to EU countries under the current trade rules. We hope that the UK/ EU authorities sort this ridiculous situation out soon so that we can again sell our products to our European friends.

Orders for none UK addresses may be subject to customs processing depending on the order value. We have to declare the items correct customs value and comply with customs declaration laws. Therefore, when ordering from us from a country outside of the UK, please be aware of the following, which are factors that are beyond our control:

– Delays from customs inspections (some countries customs agencies take a long time to process overseas mail – we are not able to speed this process up)
– Import duties and taxes. It is the buyers responsibility to pay these fees. We are unable to calculate and notify you of what these fees maybe.
– Brokerage fees payable at the point of entry. Again, it is the buyers responsibility to pay these fees.
We are unable to calculate and notify you of what these fees maybe.
